Welcome to MommaFit!
Thank you for your interest in Inertia’s MommaFit Course! We are excited to help mommas like you to build strength and reclaim your body in our momma community.

Over the 8-week course, we’ll focus on many areas of strength and stability with a special emphasis on the following: retraining core muscles, healing the pelvic floor, diastases rectii, proper hip muscle activation, and baby carrying endurance & strength.

Each class will walk you through a foundational element of strength & stability, with each week building upon the previous week. Come ready to work and be (appropriately) challenged. We will work with mostly body weight, light weights, and bands, but be prepared to sweat and have some fun restoring your body’s foundational strength. By the end of the 8 weeks the goal is to have you strong enough to feel comfortable pushing your body in any way you would like, be that exercise at the gym or simply chasing around a crawling baby like a fire alarm has been pulled.

When: Saturday mornings, 8 consecutive weeks. Exact start time TBD. (Please arrive 10 minutes early to get situated and ready to go.)

Cost: $425 for the full 8-week course. Payable in advance to hold your spot. Availability is limited as class sizes are kept intentionally small.
